摘    要:以383个建筑企业员工为被试样本,运用逐级回归方法在分析了工作满意感各构面和组织认同对员工离职倾向解释能力基础上,进一步检验了组织认同在员工离职倾向决定过程中的调节效应。研究这一问题不仅有助于我国企业在人力资源管理中更有效地应对员工离职问题,而且还有助于在理论上进一步阐明员工离职的机理,为员工离职的权变主义学说提供证据支持。

Researching on the Moderating Effects of the Organizational Identification in the Decision of Employee Turnover Intention
Abstract:In this paper,383 employees in the construction enterprises are adopted as the trail samples.It analyzes all elements of job satisfaction using the method of Stepwise Regression Analysis.The organizational identification,which explains the question of the turnover intention of employees,proves the moderating effects of the organizational identification in the course of decision of the turnover intention.Researching this question will be good to help dealing with effectively the problem of employee turnover intention,and it is also good to clarify the principle of turnover intention in theory,which will offer the proof for supporting the doctrine of flexibility of turnover intention of employees.
