| 摘 要： | 社会成员间的相互信任既是社会和谐的前提，也是社会和谐的重要特征。本文从社会学的角度出发，以社会文化变迁为背景，分析中国社会转型期产生社会信任危机的原因以及表现，力图寻找影响中国社会信任机制建立的社会结构因素和文化规范因素，为建立新的基于社会制度的法理社会信任机制提供依据。并尝试性提出一些解决社会信任危机，重建社会法理信任机制的建议。

| Abstract: | The mutual trust among social members is both the premise and characteristic of a harmonious society. From the angle of sociology and the background of social and cultural changes, this paper analyzes the reasons and performances of the crisis of confidence during social transformation period of China. We attempt to point out the factors from social structure and culture norms which influenced on Chinese social trust mechanism and apply references for establishing a new social legal trust mechanism which based on social policies. Also, we tried to bring out some suggestions to solve the crisis of confidence and to rebuild social trust mechanism. |
