| 摘 要： | 自我国进行汇率改革以来，人民币对美元经历了大幅升值的过程，而这一过程对我国的巨额外汇储备造成了巨大影响，进而也对我国的国家经济安全造成了一定冲击。特别是在当今全球金融危机的形势下，对这一问题的分析与研究对于保持我国经济稳步增长和维护我国经济安全显得尤为重要。本文利用国际金融与贸易等相关理论对这一问题进行分析，讨论了人民币升值对我国外汇储备带来的利弊，进而提出了一些趋利避害、减少损失的思路。

| Abstract: | Since China has introduced a revaluation policy on the Chinese currency RenMinBi （RMB）, during the transitional period it has experienced some challenging difficulties against the American dollar, as the value of RMB rises it has caused great concern towards the Chinese foreign currency reserves and the national security of China Especially the times of a world financial crisis, it is fundamentally important to analyze the revaluation in order to have a healthy economic growth. In this report it examines three main points. Firstly, it will use theoretical theories from the International finance and trade to examine the concern that has been bought to the rise of RMB.Secondly, it will discuss whether the rise of RMB will bring positive or negative impacts to the Chinese foreign reserves Las opi the tly, nio it will draw out some ns on how to reduce negative impact on the revaluation. |
