高师院校与薄弱中小学协作机制探析

摘    要:在多重因素影响下,我国中小学在长期发展中出现了优质重点学校和基础薄弱学校的两极分化现象。这种情况严重影响了我国基础教育的均衡发展,不利于教育公平的实现。而高师院校与薄弱中小学协作有一定的现实必然性和可行性,通过构建政府社会支持、高师院校参与、薄弱学校主导的协作机制,是实现薄弱中小学改进的一条重要途径。

Abstract:Under the influence of multiple factors, China's primary and middle schools have emerged a polarization phenomenon of high- quality schools and weak schools. This situation has greatly affected on the balanced development of elementary education in China, and it is go against of the realization of fair education. However, the cooperation between normal university and weak primary and middle schools have a certain inevitability and feasibility, which is an important channel to improve the weak primary and middle schools through the construction of cooperation mechanism among the support of the government and society, the participation of normal university and the guide of the weak schools.
