| 摘 要： | 本文首先给出了技术风险的涵义与特征;其次,罗列了技术风险的影响因素,诸如创新的不确定性,技术垄断的不确定性,技术优势的不确定性,技术的社会环境变动;再次,讨论了项目层次的技术风险,诸如技术风险、市场风险、技术/市场要素构成的风险矩阵;最后,分析了项目层次的技术风险管理的具体方法,包括技术风险的识别,风险量化分析,市场风险的量化模型,风险应对计划的制定,以及风险的监控。

| Abstract: | This paper first gives the meaning and characteristic of technical risk; and then, lists the influencing factors of technical risk, such as the uncertainty of innovation, uncertainty of technical monopoly, uncertainty of technical advantage, and the social environmental change of technique. Thirdly, the paper discusses the technical risk in project level, such as technical risk, market risk and risk matrix by technical/market factor. At last, it analyze the concrete method for technical risk management in project level, which includes the recognition of technical risk, technical quantitative analysis, quantitative analysis of market risk, making a risk control plan and the monitoring of risks. |
