摘 要: | 高校内部人员在创新型人才培养的过程中起着至关重要的作用。本文对高校管理者、教师和学生的角色定位提出了自己的见解,认为只有他们各自发挥好自身作用,并不断增强角色意识,才能保障教育目标的顺利实现和高校的持续健康稳定发展。
