| 摘 要： | 本文首先对知识产权与核心竞争力的相关性进行了探索，得出企业自主知识产权可以成为企业核心竞争力的结论；接着以高新技术企业为研究对象，对照分析了我国企业在知识产权战略上与国外企业之间的差距，并提出了对策与建议。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly explores the relativity of intellectual property and core competence of enterprises, and concludes that intellectual property could become the core competence of enterprises, Furthermore it takes the high-tech enterprise as an example to research the five aspects of intellectual property strategy which are output strategy of patent, and it also compares Chinese enterprises with foreign enterprises to find the distance between them and puts forward the suggestions. |
