| 摘 要： | 阐述了生态省的产生,论证提出了生态省的概念、内涵、系统结构、特性、功能和基本特征,分析了生态省建设的理论依据,强调指出了在生态省建设过程中需要明确的几个问题,即:始终不移地把经济建设放在第一位,要有系统的战略发展思想,要大力发展生态产业和生态经济,要对环境与发展进行整合性思考,着力营造最适合人居的环境。
