| Abstract: | The role of administration of national defense scientific and technological achievements is reviewed, the increasingly obvious function limitation of administration is analyzed. It is advised that administration of achievements should play the role of national defense scientific and technological intermediary to meet the requirements of national defense scientific and technological innovation and development. |
