| 摘 要： | 管理有效性是管理学科研究的重要内容之一，为定量刻画管理者的有效努力提供了一种解决途径，有助于进一步体现管理的科学性。本文阐述了测算管理效果中遇到的困难，通过分析时间前后绩效评价所起的不同作用给出了管理有效性的概念和具体测算方法。最后通过两个实例对管理有效性进行了测算。

| Abstract: | As one of the essential contents in the field of the Management Science research, Management Effectiveness proposes a method to assess the managers＇ effective efforts in a quantitive way and is of great significance in embodying the scientific nature of Management. By analyzing the different roles of the performance before and after the period, this paper gives the concept and the solution of Management Effectiveness. Furthermore, two instances are selected to calculate the Management Effectiveness. |
