| 摘 要： | 在国际多极化发展的背景下，国际科技合作范式发生了深刻变化，由发达国家之间进行合作推进代之以多边合作共同推进。近年来中国在多边外交的国际舞台上发挥着越来越大的作用，对多边合作也给予了更大的关注。本文通过对多边合作组织和机制的研究，为增强我国在国际科技合作中的经验积累和能力建设打下一定的基础。

| Abstract: | Against the background of multi-polar world, the mode of international S＆T cooperation has changed profoundly, and the promotion by multilateral cooperation has taken the place of promotion by developed countries. China has played a more and more important role in the multilateral diplomacy, and paid more attention on multilateral cooperation. To lay a foundation for better experience accumulation and capacity building in international scientific cooperation, this paper analyzed the organization and mechanism of multilateral cooperation. |
