| 摘 要： | 本文从军工企业产业化现状出发，分析了目前影响军工企业科技成果产业化工作的不足之外，并通过分析提出了相关产业化管理对策，主要包括产业化战略管理、产业化过程管理、产品控制和产业组织方式等，文中最后对军工企业科技成果产业化对策进行了总结。

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of the industrialization of S＆T achievements of military industrial enterprises, this article analyzes the current limitations which influencing the industrialization of S＆T achievements, and puts forward some related management countermeasures, including industrial strategy management, industrial management, product control, forms of industrial organization and so on. Finally, these countermeasures are summarized and analyzed. |
