| 摘 要： | 文章主要探讨经口咽入路手术围手术期的口腔护理方法。通过对74例经口咽入路手术患者进行积极的围手术期口腔护理，包括术前鼻腔和口咽部的准备、对患者的心理护理术中术野的严密消毒；术后严格、细致、精心的口腔护理等，观察术后伤口感染、裂开等并发症的发生情况。发现74例经口入路手术的患者口咽部切口均未发生术部切口感染并发症。经口咽手术的部位位于咽后壁，手术风险较大，而只要预防措施得力，把握好围手术期的口腔护理环节，经口咽入路手术的术后感染是完全可以预防的，是提高手术成功率的关键。

| Abstract: | To investigate the perioperative-period oral nursing of transoral operation. 74 patients after transoral operations were given perioperative oral nursing actively, which includes the oral-nasal cleaning effectively, psychological nursing; the strict sterilization of surgical site; strict and careful oral nursing after operation, etc. There was no infection in all 74 cases. If sufficient preventive measures were applied, the postoperative infection could be effectively prevented and the transoral operation would be safe. |
