| 摘 要： | 众所周知，煤炭产业在经济社会发展中具有重要的战略地位。山东省的煤炭行业在近几年间取得了长足的发展与进步，但仍然存在一些问题。本文从山东省煤炭行业的现状出发，根据实际情况，构造了山东科技大学如何为山东煤炭行业服务的具体方案，提出了完善学校体制机制，校企合作共建共赢，优化人才培养模式等具体措施的设想，并提出了对服务平台的一些保障方法。
