| 摘 要： | 山东科技大学按照ISO9000标准建立的科研质量管理体系，提高了学校的科研管理水平和科技成果的转化，但在运作实践中存在着诸多问题。本文结合我校引入ISO9000质量管理体系的实践，分析了我校建设科研质量管理体系过程中存在的问题、面临的冲突与解决方法，提出了我校科研质量管理体系建设亟待解决的现实问题。

| Abstract: | The scientific research quality management system is established by Shandong University of science and technology according to the ISO9000 standards. It has raised the level of the scientific research quality management and improved the conversion of scientific and technological achic;＇ements, but exists some problems in the operation of the practice. This article combines the practice of the introduction of the ISO9000 standards management system to our university, and analyzes the existed problems, the faced conflicts and solutions in the process of our university establishing the scientific research quality management system, and then puts forward urgent practical issues on the establishment of the scientific research quality management system. |
