| 摘 要： | 近年来，信息化技术已经广泛应用到高等院校的各个领域，为地方高校科研管理带来新的契机，使地方高校能够充分发挥其科研优势。从地方高校科研管理的实际工作需要出发，针对地方高校科研管理现状，提出适合地方高校信息化科研管理系统的功能目标和特点，对地方高校科研管理工作的创新和可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。
