| 摘 要： | 多校区大学是我国高等教育改革中出现的新生事物，给大学科研管理工作带来了科研管理模式冲突、科研管理成本上升、影响科研人员科研投入程度等新的挑战，分析国内外多校区大学的形成和特点，多校区大学科研管理模式及优劣势比较，提出建立校院二级科研管理机制、推进数字化科研管理的建议。

| Abstract: | Multi-campus is a brand new concept in the course of higher education reform, while at the same time it brings new challenges such as conflicts between scientific research management modes, rising cost of scientific research management, influencing efforts of seientitie research talents, etc. This paper aims at analyzing the structure and characteristics of multi- campus universities both at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages of scientific research management in multi-campus universities, and putting forward suggestions such as establishing secondary scientific research management system, promoting digitalized scientific research management. |
