| Abstract: | This paper illustrated the significance of opening of scientific and technological literature, and made discussion on the opening mode of scientific and technological literature resources. Combining the literature resources construction method of scientific and technological literature units in prefecture-level city, service mode of feasibility and expansibility is also suggested. |
