| 摘 要： | 文章提出了以水资源安全评价为核心，以流域为基础构建面向流域水资源安全的决策支持系统框架．系统由控制层数据库、知识库和模型库四部分组成，以安全评价模型库为核心，调用数据库信息，结合知识库的辅助，得出水资源安全维护措施。系统可为实现流域水资源安全的科学管理和可持续发展提供技术支持。

| Abstract: | Based on water and security assessment of water resources of the basin, a flame of computer decision-support system is formed. The system consists of four parts including controlling system, database base, information base and model base. Centralized by the model base, maintaining measures of water resources security are acquired through assistance of database base and information base. This system provides technique support for the scientific management and sustainable development of water resources security. |
