| 摘 要： | 开发类科研机构转制为企业是科技体制改革的重大举措之一。本文从科技统计的实际数据出发，对贵州省属15个转制科研机构2002—2007年的科技活动进行分析，评估其成绩与不足，提出相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | One of the important measures in reform of scientific and technological system is that turning scientific research institutions into enterprises. Based on statistical data of 15 provincial scientific research institutions from 2002-2007, the paper analyzed scientific and technological activities, evaluated achievement and deficiency, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions finally. |
