| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析目前我国空中交通管理系统中信息利用出现的问题，提出了建立合理空管信息共享平台，平台作为信息交换和共享的基础，将通信、导航、监视、气象、航行情报等基本信息提供给空中交通管制部门、航空公司、机场以及社会公众，更好的为民航系统服务。

| Abstract: | This paper brings forward the building of air traffic management information sharing platform, which provides the information of communication, navigation, surveillance, weather, aeronautic information to the air traffic control departments, airline companies, airports and public people by analyzing the existing problems in the ATM（Air Traffic Management） system. It will provides a better service for the civil aviation system. |
