| 摘 要： | 市场全球化进程的加快，企业要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，提高内部管理至关重要。经纬纺机榆次分公司公司作为国内大型的纺织机械制造商，在实施计算机对企业管理已有很多年，目前ERP系统项目已经在企业内部进行实施。如何能尽快地推进ERP系统项目，实现ERP系统的使用价值，对企业的发展将起很大作用。

As large textile machinery manufaeturer, Yuci Branch Company of Jingwei Textile Machinery has carried out computer management for years, and ERP projects has been executed in internal management. How to promote ERP projects as quickly as possible and realize the value of ERP will play a significant role in enterprise＇ s development. |
