| 摘 要： | 不同类型的高校由于学科分布不同，在科研工作中内容、性质、特点上有较大的差异，科研成果的表现形式繁多、层次和类型多样，而对科研业绩进行评价，构建符合学校自身的评价体系，一直是科研管理部门重点开展的工作。本文通过分析科研业绩评价体系研究现状，探讨目前评价体系中存在的问题，在此基础上提出优化科研业绩评价体系的一些建议。

| Abstract: | Because of the different distributions of subjects in different universities, and great divergences of the contents, properties, characteristics in scientific research work, there are many forms, levels and types of scientific research achievements. So evaluating the scientific research achievements and constructing the evaluation system in accordance with their own conditions have become the focus tasks of scientific research and management department. Through analyzing the current situation of evaluation system of scientific research achievements, current problems in evaluation system were discussed and some suggestions about optimizing the evaluation system of scientific research achievements were proposed in this article. |
