| Abstract: | The word city construction cannot proceed without the support and eagerly anticipates of science and technology civilization. The goal of Beijing science and technology civilization construction is to construct the technology civilized capital, take people＇s scientific literacy as the main item to promote modernization, take the social penetration of science spirits as the core to promote technology and culture construction, take humanistic management as opportunity to promote scientific social management. |
