| 摘 要： | 针对电力公司目前实施绩效管理的现状，分析其中存在的问题，并在此基础上重点探讨了电力公司实施绩效管理的对策与建议，从构建绩效管理体系、实施绩效管理方法和开展绩效管理培训三个角度详细论述了电力公司实施开展绩效管理的策略与方法，对于进一步提高电力公司绩效管理水平具有一定借鉴和指导意义。

| Abstract: | According to the status of performance management in power company, by analyzing the existing problems, and based on these, the strategies and suggestions on performance management of power company are focused. From three aspects of building the system of performance management, the implementation of performance management methods and carrying out training of performance management, the strategies and methods of implementing performance management are discussed in detail, which give reference and guidance for further improving the power company＇s performance management. |
