摘    要:提取牛、羊、猪3种动物皮革组织中的DNA,设计了3对特异性引物,PCR扩增,初步建立了这4种动物皮革成分的鉴定方法。DNA的提取的质量及其后的PCR鉴定依赖于皮革的加工程度,如何从皮革成品中提取有效的核酸信息需进一步研究。

Abstract:The total DNAs were extracted from leather of Pig, Bovine and Sheep respectively, with three pairs of primers, methods for leather identification based on PCR was established. However, the feasibility of this methods relies on the processing degree of leather, and futher research in the extraction of high quality total DNAs from processed leather is necessary.
