胜坨地区深部地层钻井新技术

摘    要:深部地层钻井问题堪称世界性重大工程技术难题。胜利油田初步形成了复杂地层条件下深井超深井配套钻井技术但还远远不能满足钻井生产的需要,尤其像胜坨这样的老油区,4000m以上的深井逐年增多,钻井施工难度大、周期长、成本高,已成为制约加快勘探开发步伐的障碍。我们根据该油区的地层特点,建立了胜坨深部地层钻井技术模式,加快了该地区的深井钻井的速度,达到了提高技术和经济效益,满足油田深层资源勘探开发需要的目的。本文详细介绍了胜坨地区深部地层钻井新技术及其应用情况,通过现场3口井的施工表明,该技术有效解决了胜坨地区深部钻井井身质量难以控制的问题;沙河街组地层压力系数级差大,安全密度窗口小,易涌易漏的问题;沙四下盐膏层、盐岩层、盐水层及CO2气体侵对钻井液的污染问题,实现了安全钻井,对今后胜坨地区深部钻井施工将会起到很好的借鉴和指导作用。

Abstract:Drilling problems in deep formations can be called as the worldwide significant engineering technical problems. Preliminary development of the relative drilling technologies of deep and ultradeep wells under complicated downhole conditions have been achieved at Shengli oil field, but the need of drilling operation can' t be met at all, especially at old oil areas like Shengtuo. Deep wells more than 4000m have been increased yearly. High drilling difficulty, long drilling circle and high cost have impeded the way of exploration and development. Refering to the formation features of the area, a deep formation drilling technology mode of Shengtuo area has been set up, which accelerates the deep well drilling speed and realize the goal of improving technical & ecnomical efficiency and meeting the need of oilfield exploration at deep formation. This article introduces the new deep formation drilling technologies and their application information in detail. On-field drilling operations of 3 wells have shown that the technologies have effectively solved the following problems: uncontrolled quality of deep wells of Shengtuo area; lost circulation and well kicks caused by various Shahejie Group formation pressure of great difference; drilling fluid contamination at Shasi salt formation, brine water formation and by CO2 gas cut. And solving of the above problems has made drilling operations safer and will be good guidelines for the future deep well drilling operations at Shengtuo area.
