| 摘 要： | 本文运用数理统计、回归模型等分析方法,在对1800多个农户调查的基础上,从微观角度看,分析了山东省农村剩余劳动力转移模式选择的状况及影响因素,并得出了如下研究结论:经济发展水平提高使农村异地就业劳动力供给减少是客观经济现象。劳动者的家庭身份是制约农村剩余劳动力异地就业的一个重要因素,如何把农村劳动力从家庭的羁绊中解放出来是增加农村异地就业劳动力供给不可忽视的问题。通过发展农村要素市场来促进农村剩余劳动力的异地就业是大有文章可做的。通过提高农村剩余劳动力转入城市生活的期望值对促进农村剩余劳动力的异地就业意义重大。
