| 摘 要： | 依据委托代理理论,通过访谈、问卷调查的研究方法,对企业经营者业绩评价方法进行了研究。研究发现:经营者业绩评价方法主要由客观业绩评价和主观业绩评价方法组成,客观业绩评价在经营者业绩评价中占主导地位。

| Abstract: | According to Principles-agency theory, by using interview and questionnaire methods, performance evaluation methods of enterprise manager has been studied in this paper. Performance evaluation methods of enterprise manager consist of objective performance evaluation and subjective performance evaluation method, amount those objective performance evaluation method is the dominant one. |
