| 摘 要： | 地方高校高等教育的科学定位是为区域经济发展服务。高等学校科学定位的内涵包括:办学方向和目标的定位、办学类型和层次的定位和办学水平和特色的定位。地方高校专业设置应与区域经济结构相适应,地方高校的人才培养模式、目标应与区域经济发展对人才的需求相适应,地方高校的教学科研应与区域经济发展的层次阶段相适应。
