| 摘 要： | 兴海强国,必先强教。我国各级各类海洋教育已得到蓬勃发展,为国家培养了大批海洋人才。但我国海洋教育的发展还不能满足当前海洋事业发展对海洋人才的需要,各级各类海洋教育在海洋人才培养中仍有不足。对此,我国的海洋教育事业应主动出击,尽快出台全国性海洋教育规划,加大对海洋教育事业的投入,充分利用互联网技术,建立协作的海洋教育网,构建海洋终身教育体系,为国家的海洋事业培养更多优秀的海洋人才。

| Abstract: | Relying on the oceanographic project to improve the national strength,first of all,we should develop the oceanographic education.In our country,all kinds of oceanographic education have obtained a vigorous development,which have trained large numbers of oceanographic talent for the nation.However,the development of oceanographic education could not meet the needs that the development of ocean project requires a lot of oceanographic talent.In the meantime,there are also some defects of oceanographic talent cultivation in all kinds of oceanographic education.Therefore,our oceanographic education should be initiative and take the following measures.Publish the nationwide oceanographic educational program as soon as possible,increase the input of oceanographic education,take full advantage of Internet technology,set up synergic oceanographic education network and build oceanographic lifelong education system.By these means,it will cultivate more outstanding oceanographic talent for the national ocean project. |
