| 摘 要： | 知识管理需要有效方法的支撑以更好地在组织中实施。本文首先对系统理论和方法的新发展-系统思考的提出背景、系统思考的内涵及其主要内容进行概括研究,结合知识管理中知识的整体性视角和知识管理本身发展需要,从理论借鉴、分析框架和方法运用三个方面提出系统思考为组织进行有效的知识管理提供了可操作性的方法支持。指出基于系统思考(系统方法论)的知识管理研究为未来整合研究的方向之一。
