| 摘 要： | 在扩招背景下,高校面临着巨大的经济压力,包括在校生人数的急剧增加、办学条件的改善、办学成本的不断增加。由于国家财政拨款不能满足高校发展的要求,高校建设和发展资金只能依靠负债形式解决,以至出现当前较为严重的债务危机,严重制约了高校的进一步发展。本文主要是从高校自身的角度出发,分析开源节流、拓宽筹资渠道的途径,以解决高等学校教育经费不足,缓解负债办学的压力。

| Abstract: | In the context of expansion of higher education, colleges and universities are faced with tremendous economic pressures, including the number of students increased dramatically, the improvement of school conditions, and the increase of school costs. As a result of State funding can not meet the requirements of the development of colleges and universities, the funds of construction and development of colleges and universities can only rely on debts, resulting in the more serious debt crisis, which has seriously hampered the further development of colleges and universities. From the University's own point of view, this article analysis the way of increasing income and decreasing expenditure and also expanding the financing channels to address the inadequate funding for education and to ease the pressure on the debt of the school. |
