| 摘 要： | 促进产业转型升级、提升产业发展水平是转变发展方式、调整经济结构的重要战略举措。国际经验表明,只有形成产业中高端的竞争力,才有持久的竞争优势。本文以四维(4D)理念探索了如何提升产业发展,即从产业技术水平来讲,推进纵向提升;从产业布局优化来讲,推进横向转移;从产业区域形态来讲,推进轴向聚集;从产业现代化来讲,着重推进信息化。

| Abstract: | Promoting the industrial transition and escalation and enchanting the level of industrial development are important measures to change patterns of development and adjust economic structure.International experiences showed that formation of high competition led to sustainable competitive advantage of industry.This paper analyzed how to enhance the development of the industry by four-dimension conception.In terms of the level of industrial technology,we should promote the longitudinal upgrade.In terms of the industrial layout optimization,we should promote horizontal transition.In terms of industry region,we should promote axial formation.In terms of industrial modernization,we should promote information technology. |
