| 摘 要： | 山东省在推动战略新兴产业共性技术开发方面还存在投入相对不足,组织方式不够合理,供给机制尚不完善,技术人才相对缺乏,推广服务体系不完善等问题。推动战略新兴产业共性技术开发,应加快制订完善相关政策,完善共性技术供给体系,建立共性技术开发的体制保障,形成共性技术开发的支撑体系,完善共性技术开发的金融体系,构筑共性技术研发的人才高地。

| Abstract: | Shandong province in promoting development of generic technologies in the strategic emerging industries that still exist in relative shortage of inputs,the form of organization is not reasonable,the supply mechanism is not perfect,and relative lack of technical personnel,extension service system is not perfect,and so on.To promote development of generic technologies in the strategic emerging industries,should speed up formulating improvement of relevant policies,improve the generic technology supply system,establishing the generic technology development mechanism,form a generic technology development support system,improve the financial system of the generic technology development;cultivate generic technology research and development of talent. |
