| 摘 要： | 个体的理性,并不会导致集体理性的产生;相反却会酿成"公共地悲剧"。本文建立一个分析在集体中为何产生"公共地悲剧"的数学模型,并指出,集体人数越多和个体越理性,产生"公共地悲剧"的现象就越严重。而提高对"乌合之众"危害性的认识,适度控制集体人数,提高集体意识与增强集体荣誉感则是克服领导过程中产生"公共地悲剧"的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Probably,the individual rationality can not result in the Collective rationality,but brings about the Tragedy of the Commons.Based on a simple mathematical model which keeps insight into the reasons that why the Tragedy of the Commons emerges in Collective,this paper puts forward that the larger the collective size is and the more the individual rationality is,the worse the Tragedy of the Commons becomes.However,attaching importance to the awareness of the dangers of Tragedy of the Commons,appropriate controlling the group size,as well as,raising the collective consciousness and a sense of collective pride are effective ways getting rid of the Tragedy of the Commons in collective. |
