摘 要: | 本文从组织内部视角,将知识创新作为组织内生变量,研究影响和驱动知识创新的组织因素,主要包括组织有机化、组织IT能力、组织激励与组织创新气氛等四大维度,并分析内驱因素与知识创新过程和绩效的关系及作用机理,认为组织知识创新绩效是上述驱动因素共同作用的结果。因此,在当前激烈的市场竞争环境中,组织必须高度重视影响和驱动知识创新的内部因素,通过对组织结构特性、IT能力、激励机制以及创新气氛等组织变量的科学、合理的设计和整合运用,以获取更好的知识创新绩效。
