论现代职业经理人激励机制的构建

摘    要:目前,我国职业经理人供不应求,供给严重短缺。面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,优秀经理人才的匮乏严重制约着企业的发展和竞争力的提高,成为我国企业建立现代企业制度和向国际市场接轨的瓶颈。因此,构建科学、合理的现代职业经理人激励机制已成为我国企业进一步发展壮大的当务之急。本文在概要介绍现代职业经理人的概念、应具有的基本素质及市场现状的基础上,分析了我国现代职业经理人激励机制所存在的问题及其主要原因,并提出构建现代职业经理人激励机制的方法与措施。

On Constructing the Incentive Mechanism of Modern Professional Managers

Abstract:At present,professional managers are seriously in short supply in China.Faced with increasingly fierce market competition,the lack of good management talent seriously restricts the development and the enhancement of the competitiveness and is considered as a bottleneck of establishing a modern enterprise system and converging to the international market for every Chinese enterprise.Therefore,constructing a scientific and rational incentive mechanism of modern professional managers has become the most urgent task of further development and expansion for Chinese enterprises nowadays.In this paper,on the basis of the summary of introduction about the concept of modern professional managers,the basic qualities needed,and the recent situation of the market,the writer analyzed the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of modern professional managers and then analyzed the causes,and finally illustrated some methods and measures of constructing the incentive mechanism of modern professional managers
