| 摘 要： | 经济危机的到来向企业创新提出了新的挑战。组建一个由左脑型的商业精英和右脑型的创意人才搭档的"双脑"组合,成为企业打破创新瓶颈,成就伟大创新的新选择。本文主要分析了"双脑"组合的组建过程,并对其在企业创新中的应用做了相应的探讨,以期能够为企业创新体系建设提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The global financial crisis brings new challenges to the enterprise's innovation.Pairing an analytic left-brain thinker with an imaginative right-brain partner can break the bottle neck of innovation,and can generate great innovation.This paper introduce the application of "both-brain" from the construction of innovative team,in order to provide reference for the construction of enterprise's innovation system. |
