| 摘 要： | 运用耦合度和耦合协调度模型,研究了全国及各省区城镇化与资源环境承载力的耦合关系,得出如下结论:第一,全国及大部分省区城镇化水平超出资源环境的承载水平,资源环境承载力对城镇化的支撑能力有限;第二,全国及各省区城镇化与资源环境承载力处于拮抗阶段,二者的相互作用关系比较剧烈,既存在胁迫效应,也存在约束作用;第三,城镇化与资源环境承载力耦合协调度呈现东部>西部>中部的空间格局,全国属于轻度失调型,大部分省区属于轻度和中度失调型。提出如下对策建议:在新常态下推进城镇化适度适速发展、创新“土地红利”模式;以生态文明建设为契机实现资源可持续利用、加强环境污染治理、构筑生态安全屏障。

| Abstract: | Coordinated development between urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity is academia's consensus and State New Urbanization Plan's requirement.Urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity's indicator system is established,China and all provinces'coupling relationship is studied by using coupling degree and coupling harmonious degree model.The results show that:urbanization's level is higher than resource environmental bearing capacity's level,resource environmental bearing capacity's supporting capacity is limited;China and all provinces'urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity's coupling relationship is in rivalry phase,stress effect and restraint function between urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity are all existing;coupling harmonious degree's spatial pattern is east region>west region>central region,China and all provinces belong to mild and moderate disorder.Suggestions are as follows:propel urbanization moderation development and innovate land dividend in the new normal;realize resources continuous utilization,strengthen environmental pollution control and construct the ecological security barrier in ecological civilization. |
