| 摘 要： | 现有科技园区创新平台机制的研究多是建立了科技团区创新平台运行机制的外在基本条件,而对其内在的创新机制及机制的执行力问题却有待深入研究.以机制设计理论的个体与总体共赢思想为指导,以系统集成创新作为研究的主线,突出科技园区创新平台机制的创新本质,分别探讨了公司型创新平台的知识增值机制和服务型创新平台的动态平衡机制.
