| Abstract: | Based on depicting technological knowledge, this paper discusses an evaluation and selection approach of technological acquisition project in enterprise from the angle of technological knowledge matching, emphasizes the effects of acquired technology knowledge on enterprise's innovation, and presents the index system and specific selection approach, which can offer reference for enterprises' technological acquisition, strategy-making and so on. |
