| 摘 要： | 随着市场化改革的进一步推进和经济全球化的发展,企业外部环境的动态性增强.如何在动态多变环境下,通过不断创新获取竞争优势是每个企业关注的关键问题.在动态能力理论、创新理论的基础上,研究了动态能力对应用型创新和探索型创新的不同影响,并进一步分析了环境动态性的调节作用.研究发现:(1)动态能力对应用型创新和探索型创新有不同影响,动态能力对探索型创新的影响更大;(2)环境动态性对动态能力与两类创新的关系具有不同的调节作用,环境动态性对动态能力与探索型创新的关系具有正向调节作用,而对动态能力与应用型创新的关系调节作用不显著.

| Abstract: | Firms' environment has become more dynamic along with reform and internationalization. How to acquire competitive advantage though innovations has become crucial issue. Therefore, this paper studied effects of dynamic capability on exploitative innovation, explorative innovation and the moderating effects of environment dynamism based on dynamic capability and innovation theory. This paper explored the mechanism and approach by which dynamic capabilities affect innovation. This paper found that 1) Dynamic capability has higher effect for explorative innovation; 2) Environment dynamism differently moderates relationships between dynamic capability and innovation, which positively moderates effect of dynamic capability on explorative innovation however insignificantly moderating its effect on exploitive innovation. |
