| 摘 要： | 企业知识联盟中的成员企业面临的一个重要问题是如何在相对开放的知识共享环境中,避免本企业核心知识资产流失。从个人和企业两个层次上分析了核心知识泄漏的利益基础,指出防范企业核心知识资产流失的关键在于知识联盟自身的治理结构以及知识联盟的其他结构性因素。

| Abstract: | There exists a critical problem for every member in knowledge alliance, which is how to avoid the drain of core knowledge capital in a knowledge sharing environment. The benefit basis of core knowledge capital is analyzed from two layers. One is individual layer; the other is enterprise layer. Finally, this article concludes that the key to this problem is the structural elements of knowledge alliance, such as governance structure. |
