摘    要:如今,有效的知识转移已经成为跨国公司竞争优势的重要来源之一,同时,创新倾向也已成为企业在动荡的外部环境下保持竞争优势的前提.试图通过研究以下因素,如所转移知识的因果模糊性、母公司的知识转移能力和子公司的吸收能力,是如何影响知识转移绩效的,来探索子公司创新倾向在知识转移过程中的作用.

Abstract:Nowadays,effective knowledge transfer has become one of the most important sources for competitive advantages of multinational corporations.Furthermore,innovativeness has also become the priority of a firm to maintain its competitive advantages in turbulent environments.This study is intended to bridge this gap by examining how such factors as causal ambiguity of transferred knowledge,transfer capacity of the parent company and absorptive capacity of subsidiaries will drive knowledge transfer performance in terms of the subsidiaries' satisfaction and exploring the role innovativeness plays in such a driving process.
