| 摘 要： | 界定了我国区域科技基础条件平台的含义,分析了其在区域创新体系与区域经济和社会发展中的地位与作用,概述了我国区域科技基础条件平台建设的现状,剖析了区域科技基础条件平台建设中存在的种种问题及其原因,提出了推进我国区域科技基础条件平台建设的若干原则及对策。

| Abstract: | The implication about regional infrastructure of science and technology in china was stated in this article, the position and function of the infrastructure in the regional innovation system along with the developing of society were analyzed. At the same time, the actuality and problem in the construction of the infrastructure were illustrated, and the most important thing was proposing some principles and countermeasures. |
