| 摘 要： | 知识共享不仅可带来规模经济和范围经济优势，而且可带来联结经济优势。知识共享的规模经济优势主要产生于具有相同角色的知识共享过程中，范围经济优势主要产生于具有不同角色的知识共享过程中，而联结经济优势则主要产生于具有互赖关系角色的知识共享过程中。在企业网络中，知识共享的经济利益大小主要受结点数目、结点本身的知识生产能力、结点的吸收能力、结点间的知识相似程度、结点间的互赖关系以及网络的知识共享能力等因素影响。

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing has not only economics of scale and economics of scope, but also economics of connection. Economics of scale of knowledge sharing mainly come into being during knowledge sharing process based on same roles, while economics of scope result from different roles, and economics of connection does in interdependent roles. In enterprises network, benefit of knowledge sharing is influenced by the number of nodes, knowledge creative capability of nodes, absorbency of nodes, knowledge similar degree of nodes, interdependent relation between nodes and knowledge sharing capability of network. |
