| 摘 要： | 利用我国高技术产业1998—2008年的数据,研究研发中各来源资金之间的关系、各来源资金对于研发产出以及各来源资金比重对于研发效率的影响,并分析国有企业和三资企业的不同。结果表明：政府资金对于滞后一期的自有资金投入有显著的促进作用,但政府资金本身对于研发产出的效果则不明确;对于新产品销售收入和专利申请数,各来源资金表现出明显的偏好：政府资金倾向于专利申请,金融贷款倾向于促进新产品销售收入,自有资金在国有企业中没有明显的偏好,三资企业中则倾向于新产品销售收入;政府资金比重太低或太高都会对研发效率有负向影响,目前三资企业的政府资金比重太低,国有企业的政府资金比重太高;三资企业中金融贷款比例与研发效率呈倒U型关系。
