| 摘 要： | 基于资源基础理论的战略观点研究知识整合如何影响技术创新能力,构建了知识整合能力、知识整合效果与技术创新各因素相互关系的模型,并以华南地区的219家企业为对象,运用结构方程模型进行实证研究.知识整合能力中的合作能力需要以知识整合效果为中介,才能对技术创新产生正向影响.知识整合效果也并不是企业产品创新的直接影响因素,而是需要工艺创新作为这一过程的中介变量.

| Abstract: | We examine the relationships among knowledge integration capability,knowledge integration effect and technology innovation through Structural Equation Model in this paper.The sample of this study has 219 companies in South China.We proved that:knowledge integration effect has a positive indirect impact on product innovation by process innovation;cooperation capability has a positive indirect impact on technology innovation by knowledge integration effect.The research will put forward some suggestion for Chinese firms to improve technical innovation capability. |
