| 摘 要： | 在硅谷的发展历史中，斯坦福大学发挥了特别重要的作用，被誉为硅谷的“心脏”。基于对斯坦福大学创业教育的实地深入考察，从其发展背景、具体课程和非课程教育等方面分析了斯坦福大学的创业教育体系，并就其特点进行了具体分析和总结。斯坦福大学良好的创业教育，强化了其师生的创业精神，培养了一大批具有创业技能的创业企业家，这是硅谷能够可持续发展的重要基础之一。

| Abstract: | According to the deficiency of present monitoring index system of science & technology progress, this paper put forward the method and process of optimization and reconstruction, then researched and optimized for regional science & technology index group, as an example of Jiang-Su Province, in the main parts such as input, output, economic development and social progress. Finally, based on the development of science & technology progress index system, some suggestions of reconstruction have been proposed. |
